What is MultiCare connect?

Multicare Connect is our new Benefits Administration Online System. New in 2018, we are proud to introduce our Benefits Administration On-Line System, MultiCare Connect! You asked, we delivered! In today’s digital world, on-demand access to benefits is as easy as point, click, and view!

Can MultiCare help me troubleshoot my home computer?

MultiCare is not able to troubleshoot home computers. MultiCare is not able to support personal devices (phones, tablets and computers). If your home computer does not work for you, the Employee Resource Center and other resources are available at any supported location on a MultiCare computer.

What is multimulticare’s house call service?

MultiCare’s house call service through DispatchHealth is available for anyone who requires care and is unable to travel to their doctor or urgent care. It is particularly well suited for: Request a house call now through our website, mobile app for Apple or Android devices, or by phone at 253-271-9720.

How does MultiCare give back to the community?

Citrix Requirements

Citrix Workspace needs to be on the computer, tablet or smartphone to access MyPortal.​ These remote access options may not work for all users. MultiCare is not able to troubleshoot home computers.

Expanded options for virtual care

Skip the doctor’s office. In addition to our on-demand Virtual Care E-Visits, you can now schedule a virtual visit with essentially any MultiCare primary or specialty care clinic across our system.

On-call medical care right to your door

Avoid unnecessary expenses and trips to the Emergency Department, thanks to MultiCare, in partnership with DispatchHealth. Our medical teams are equipped with all the tools necessary to provide advanced medical care in the comfort of your home, office or other location.

On-demand health care 7 days a week

Our house call service provides on-demand care 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm, including holidays, for patients living in Tacoma, Pierce County or Spokane.

Credentialing and on-boarding for remote vendors who need access to MHS Resources and networks

Provide the MHS Vendor Credentialing Coordinator with email address so that he/she may invite vendor to the Limited Patient Exposure price point in Symplr. (This price point cannot be directly requested from Symplr.)
