This has been identified as a change or issue on qnapcloud link will not work in local LAN. This means all your services configured using qnapcloud link will not work when you are at home but works fine in open internet. This is awful and needs to be fixed ASAP.

I have the same problem, but apparently it works (at least for me) if you use https://qlink.to/....your_NAS_name_here BTW, do not update your NAS to the recent firmware 5.0.... - it slow systems down a lot!
