What happens after the Novitasphere portal enrollment form is approved?

After the Novitasphere Portal Enrollment Form is approved, the organization and office staff roles must be set up in IDM. Complete instructions are available in the Novitasphere IDM Instructions.

How often do you have to access Novitasphere?

How often do you need to log in to Novitasphere?

All users are required to log in to Novitasphere at least once every 30 days to maintain access. Any user IDs that do not meet this requirement will be considered inactive and the Novitasphere role will be removed.
