Our NeighborCare Neighborhood CareWatch Program is geared towards keeping our neighbors safe and making them feel comfortable in their home by offering safety and wellness checks, checking in and helping out when you are under the weather or in the hospital or providing a visit if you are recovering at a skilled nursing facility.

A resource for employees to connect remotely using Cisco AnyConnect VPN (also referred to as RESCUE) or the Citrix Access Gateway (CAG). If you are experiencing problems connecting, please contact the Enterprise Service Desk at 855-673-4357 (TTY: 1-844-224-6186). CAG is designed for users that do not have VA Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

You may request remote access by visiting the Remote Access Self Service Portal ( only available while on VA's internal network).
What is a rescue GFE?
RESCUE GFE provides a security posture check and ensures VA data is encrypted from the end device into the VA trusted network. Prior to the device connecting and being allowed onto the VA trusted network the system is checked for multiple security baselines.
How to disable automatic server selection in VPN?
In the VPN tab of the setting screen, uncheck Enable automatic server selection. Close the settings.
Is PIV card reader site specific?
