How to get OTP code from Office Depot?

Head over to Office Depot's Remote Access Site. Type in your employee ID and network password in the respective fields. For the "OTP" field, activate the SecureAuth OTP extension, enter your pin that you setup after you installed the extension, and you will get a 6 digit code that you can enter in the OTP field. Proceed.

Can a corporate user use the same link?

same link for corporate users. unless they have a corp laptop, then they can just type in the address for the source and it would come up (VPN running in background)

It's called "Self-Serve" for a reason

The big red sign says "SELF-SERVICE", which means "copiers you can operate yourself," not "stand and wait for someone to assist you, and then get upset when the associates in the middle of a two-hour-long rush at the full-service counter that faces away from self-serve don't psychically know you need help."

Crazy crazy customers

Does anyone else get multiple customers in the store who all say that the store was rearranged since the last time they were there? They'll be telling me how the ink used to be on the opposite side of the store, tech used to be on the wall...
