How do I access CN services from remote?
Use the links below to access CN services from remote. MyCN is a web-based tool for accessing files on your CN-Home and CN-Share network paths (also commonly referred to as the "P" and "S" drives). VPN is not required to access MyCN from off-campus.

How do I connect to my campus Coe pc from off-campus?
There are currently two methods we recommend to connect to your campus COE PC from a remote (off-campus) location. The preferred method is to use the Engineering “Gateway”. It is the most secure method and should give the best performance, but it requires a mobile device that is pre-registered with DUO.

Windows Or Mac

- Log in with your username@oregonstate.edu account
- Click on the + signs in the navigation window on the left to browse to your file locations.
- For help using MyCN, click on the "User Manual" link near the top of the page.

- Files can be dragged and dropped into folders, just like a standard file explorer
- Folders/files can be shared by link or email by the 'Share' button in the toolbar, or right-clicking and selecting 'Share'; see MyCN - Share a File or Folder with a Linkfor steps
- For any folder/file you have access to, you can download it by clicking the 'Download' button in the toolbar, or right-clicking the file and selecting 'Download'
