Pasadena City College signs dual enrollment agreement with La Cañada Unified School District. Under an agreement approved this week between Pasadena City College and the La Cañada Unified School District, students attending a LCUSD school will be able to earn college credit while still in high school.

How do I register for classes at PCC?

Most classes are designed for structured group learning through modules and moderated discussions. Students must register and pay through PCC’s Ed2Go website. Payment is required in order to complete registration.

Senior tuition discount does not apply to the tuition of Ed2Go classes. Employee tuition waiver does not apply to the tuition of Ed2Go classes. Drop deadline for Ed2Go classes is six days after the start of class.

Can you share a Zoom meeting with a class?

A: When an instructor shares the Zoom meeting room link for their class , they will also share a call-in number, meeting ID, and potentially a password. Students can use the call-in number provided by their instructor to rejoin the class over the phone.

Who can borrow from PCC?

Library borrowing privileges are granted to all current PCC students, faculty and staff with a PCC Lancer ID. In addition, borrowing privileges are extended to adult residents of the Pasadena Area Community College District and to people who work in the District. Register at the Circulation Desk with a California driver’s license and a second proof of identification with the same address. Students who attend high school within the District’s boundaries may register for borrowing privileges at the Circulation Desk with a current high school ID card.

The MSC is located on the 4th floor of the R building in R406. Students are required to present a valid PCC Lancer Card or student identification number in order to use the center’s services.

At the MSC, tutoring is provided for most mathematics, statistics, and computer science courses taken at PCC. Students may receive one-on-one tutoring or be a part of a group tutoring session. Students in groups of three to six may reserve a group study room via the MSC website ( https://pasadena.edu/academics/support/success-centers/math-success-center/ ). The website also provides the most up-to-date hours of operation, workshop schedules, tutor schedules, and instructions on how to become a MSC tutor.
