Big company with big company benefits and drawbacks

Lexis is a big company and the management chain can be out of touch with both employees and customers. There's a lot of lip service paid to being data driven, but in my experience executive mandate can trump data way too often. The company benefits are good and most of the people who work here are great to work with.

Constant pressure for the next sale

Constant pressure for the next sale. Wanted us to promise the world. But never gave back end development support to help us give the client what they wanted.

It was a great company

Working remotely is not easy. Teammates were not helpful and management had a very closed door policy. Workload was increased the more productive you were. There was no work life balance.

Overall a good place to work

Actualy projects are using, or slated to use the latest in technology.job security is on the rise but budget seems to always be under a microscope. Co workers and management are helpful, and understanding. I would have never guessed the level of experience I would have rexeived from a big enterprise level shop like this.

Great outside the box thinkers

staff. They prefer people to work in Raleigh NC. Some skill sets are not easily found in the immediate area. Salaries do not meet west coast standards.

My experience has been very good

I had great managers and was given opportunities to learn and expand. A lot of proprietary information and back office procedures need to be learned and followed for success.

Great company to work for

Great place to work. Assignments are relevant to experience. Management does a great job of communicating with contractors.
