I am trying to record a few NBC shows thru hulu. I test the logon and it says my user name is correct but the recording almost immediately fail. Anyone else getting this? Playon home

Is anyone else having difficulty recording on Spectrum tv? I have cleared the cache twice, and I am running on the newest version of PlayOn.
