At least a month or two back I posted a problem. When I used my browser and went to plex.tv my server was unreachable. When I went directly to it via IP all was fine. Both on and off my local LAN. But only my own admin account. No other account seemed to be affected and only on PC - not any issue on Roku or iPad or Android.
