PIA and iCloud Private Relay on MacOs 12

The PIA application (its agent to be fair) disable icloud private relay. I know a vpn is better but still on iOs it works fine with both on. Plus, some year ago there was a page on the PIA website with tutorial to setup PIA without the app, using the built in vpn client under system preferences/ network.

Plex Media Server in Exclude in SPlit Tunnel but still running through VPN

I gave a few users using my computer's plex server. I use PIA and have set plex media server to bypass VPN in Split Tunnel settings. However, those users tell me the media is buffering. Once I disconnect VPN it works for them fine. What am I missing?
