How do I request provisioning for remote access to quest?

Before attempting to remote into Quest please assure you are provisioned to do so. Contact Service Desk at 714-456-3333 to request provisioning. If asked to install additional software please do so.

How can I access resources on campus if I am working remotely?

Another good option, if you will be working remotely for an extended period of time, is to take your machine home. Once connected to the internet at home you should download the VPN to access web-based resources on campus. Please check with your department if they will allow this.

How do I provision the quest application with Citrix?

Contact Service Desk at 714-456-3333 to request provisioning. If asked to install additional software please do so. You can also click on the check box so this pop up does not come up anymore. If the web browser does not recognize the Quest Application as installed you can bypass the Citrix installer by click on the “Skip to Log on” link.
