What is Roche remote access service?

ROCHE REMOTE ACCESS SERVICE: Remote access by Roche is for the purpose of installation, troubleshooting, software updates, and support. Customer shall provide and secure an Internet enabled connection with specific access to the Roche remote diagnostic IP addresses and shall host Roche remote diagnostic software on the Roche systems.

How do I Change my Roche partner Access Password?

Roche Account. For security reasons, you must change your Roche Password the first time you access the Partner Access portal. Later you can change your password at any time by accessing the Password Change Utility in Smartweb. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Roche IT Support.
