How to schedule an appointment with Catholic Health?
If you would like to arrange an Catholic Health eVisit appointment with your personal Catholic Health Medical Group primary care physician, please call your physician's office to schedule. The office will ensure your eVisit is scheduled with your own physician.
Does Catholic Health MyChart have proxy access?
If you currently have Proxy Access to your child's Catholic Health MyChart account, as of their 12th birthday the access will change to "limited" access. Access to view Allergies, Immunizations, Preventive Care, Health Summary, Medical History and Hospital Admissions will continue.
