Just for clarification: I assume you're running some edition of Windows 10 and not Windows Server? Have you tried to not specify the <ComputerName> and instead just input a <Username>? I trust that you know the following but just to exclude it completely: You do enter the username exactly as it is, right? No funny brackets or quotations?
