How do I login to my Leicester University email?

If you need to login, enter your full University email address (username@student.le.ac.ukor username@leicester.ac.uk).

Will the University of Leicester ask me to disclose my password?

The University of Leicester will never send you an email asking you to disclose your password. If you have received an email asking you to disclose your password, please forward it to IThelp@le.ac.uk Why do I need to log in every time I want to use MyStudentRecord?

What is a remote access VPN?

A remote access VPN means your remote employees can log on to your office network from anywhere — home, traveling, in transit — that has access to the internet. They then have access to all your company resources, and somehow your data is *still* secure, even if they’re using (gasp!) public Wifi.

Change your device

If you want to use a different device and have chosen to receive a text message verification code and are keeping the same number you won’t need to setup MFA again. Otherwise

What if I can't sign in?

If you can’t use any of devices for Multi-Factor Authentication, Contact the IT Service Desk to reset it.

Remove device from Microsoft Authenticator app

Before removing a device, ensure you have set up a different way to authenticate using MFA, such as text message verification code.
