How long does it take to set up Duo?
Setting up two-factor authentication takes about five minutes, and it will significantly improve the security of your NetID. Enrolling for Duo Authentication is the required prior to requesting a NEW VPN account. Setup DUO

Rutgers provides Cisco Advanced Malware Protection for use on university-owned devices. School issued devices already have this installed.
Can clinical applications be accessed remotely?
Clinical Applications: All clinical applications are loaded on the Virtual Desktop and can be accessed remotely using your VDI software. If you need assistance with VDI, please contact RWJCLINHELP@RWJMS.RUTGERS.EDU
Can faculty record lectures?
Lecture Recordings: Faculty can remotely record new lectures using the Media Site desktop recorder and publish it to the course or post last year’s lecture if available.
