Cause
Students, faculty, and staff can still access many network resources even if they are not on the campus network. The VMWare Horizon Client allows you to connect to a virtual Windows 10 computer that can be used to access resources and software only available on campus.
Resolution
Connect to a virtual computer using either the VMware Horizon Client or HTML (Web Browser) Access.
Where can I deposit a cheque?
You may deposit cheques drawn on a financial institution located in Canada or the U.S. that are denominated in Canadian or US dollars and that have a fully encoded Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) line using TD Remote Deposit Capture.
Can I access TD remote deposit?
Yes, access to the TD Remote Deposit Capture website is provided through user IDs, passwords and your specific customer access code. A Multi Factor Authentication Key is provided to you for each computer to identify the computer as being authorized to log into TD Remote Deposit Capture.
Can I use my own scanner for TD Remote Deposit Capture?
A compatible scanner. Note: MAC Operating System is not currently supported. You have the option to use your own scanner, provided that it meets the hardware requirements to use TD Remote Deposit Capture. If you do not have a compatible scanner in your office or place of business, you may purchase one through TD.
Can I scan a cheque with a TD scanner?
Yes, depending on the scanner. Single and multiple feed scanners are available. The multiple feed scanner has the capacity to hold 100 cheques and can scan between 50 to 100 cheques per minute depending on the model. 1 Subject to the terms and conditions of your TD Remote Deposit Capture Service Schedule.
