How to Connect to Telemedicine

All patients can easily connect to their physician from their home or other remote location by using the MyCare patient portal on their smartphone - or by using Skype, Apple Facetime, Doximity or Doxy.me on their laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or any device with a built-in camera.

What is MyCare?

MyCare is a HIPAA-compliant mobile app that offers personalized and secure access to your medical records. You can speak with a provider, ask non-urgent medical questions, view test results, pay your bill, and more.

Just like an in-person visit, your virtual visit is secure, private, and entirely confidential. To maintain privacy on your end, it is important that you contact your provider from a private and secure location, like your home. Your home is likely to be the safest place for a telemedicine visit.

Financial Assistance
