Zoom Access Controls
The Passcode option should be selected when scheduling meetings on the Zoom Web Interface. Zoom will automatically generate a passcode for you or you can create your own Passcode by entering it into the Passcode field. Participants will be prompted to enter this passcode before they can enter the meeting.

Meetings can be attended remotely by calling in on the phone, but the following equipment will make it a better experience by allowing for video and better sound . This may be built into your device, but an external microphone or headset will provide better sound.

Unfortunately, there is no solution that would allow users to use their home or mobile phone to place outgoing calls using their Rutgers phone number. Users who do not want their personal number displayed to others can mask their home or mobile number by dialing *67 before placing an outgoing call.
