Going to id.spectrum.net/login from two different laptops and my phone always forwards me to id.spectrum.net/recover and asks me to confirm my account by providing username/zipcode, contact info, or account info. After doing so, it does a captcha validation and then forces me to reset my password.

So recently (2/3) months, I’ve been having an issue where all WiFi service drops for anywhere from 30 seconds to 45 minutes. However, I have almost only ever seen this issue when playing Destiny 2 on pc, and very occasionally other games and programs.
