Some university courses require access to software applications that are licensed only for on-campus use
To accommodate student access to public computer labs that are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing limited remote access to computers on campus that use AppsAnywhere.

How to request support for Duo?
To request support (access, connection issue) fill out the classroom/lab support form. Be certain to include a complete description of the problem. Screenshots or a photo of your screen can be extremely helpful. If you get a Duo Authentication error, i.e. “Access Denied. The username you have entered cannot authenticate with Duo Security. Please contact your system administrator.” when logging in to create a ticket, you must CALL the helpdesk at 585.275.2000.

There are now 8 exam rooms set up in the Archer Library with a computer and webcam suitable for taking a Proctortrack exam, that you can book online to use for your exam. These rooms are only available for use while taking a proctored exam.
