What is Skype for UConn?
Instant Messaging. Skype: Skype is a collaboration and productivity tool that used at UConn Health. With Skype, you can chat (Instant Message) with individual or groups. Skype is included in the standard build for all UConn Health computers. All interaction is fully encrypted and secured.
Important Information Regarding Your Epic Portal
EpicCare Link at UConn Health is a secure Web portal that offers referring providers easy access to information stored in our EHR regarding their referred and admitted patients.
Added Benefits
Providers with EpicCare Link accounts can place lab orders to be completed at UConn Health from within Link. You can also view results and send result messages, creating a seamless care plan for your patients.
ADS Patient Data Requests (formerly ADS Requests)
As of January 1, 2020, there is a new electronic form to request ad hoc requests for patient data from our clinical systems. This new ADS patient Data Request Form .pdf is a fillable PDF with Digital Signatures. Please reference these Instructions .docx for information on how to work with Digital Signatures.
IT Project Requests
Project Intake forms .docx can be completed and submitted to the IT Project Management Office (PMO). These requests will go through and assessment to determine scope of work, budget and implementation time. UAR Online Request
Complete the UAR online request to create, modify, or revoke accounts for network, email, IDX, Siemens or to request remote access for new and existing employees, vendors, etc. at UConn Health and its affiliated providers.

Contact Information. If you have a UConn Health network logon, you are already registered. For username or password issues, contact the IT Helpdesk at (860) 679-4400. If you do not have a UConn Health network logon, for registration questions please contact the Information Desk at (860) 679-3808.
How to get a library barcode for UConn?
If you meet the eligibility requirements but do not have a UConn Health network logon, come to the Library Information Desk, call 860-679-3808 or use the online form to obtain a library barcode. If you’ve already registered with the library, make sure your library registration is up to date.
