How do I get access to URMC VPN?
Access to URMC VPN, systems and applications requires a URMC account and Duo two-factor authentication. To enroll in Duo, you must be connected to the URMC network and follow the instructions for the method you will use to verify yourself. A VPN client application, Cisco AnyConnect, is installed on most URMC computers.
How do I login to the URMC extranet/remote access portal?
This will take you to our URMC Extranet/Remote Access Portal landing page. Click on the eRecord/ePartner button, and you’ll be asked for your URMC login (this is your URMC Network ID).
How do I access resources with URMC AD?
When you click a link to a database, article, e-book or e-journal you will be prompted to log in to the proxy server with your URMC AD username and password, or NetID. After logging in, you will be directed automatically to the desired resource. Proxy Server: Remotely access online resources via our Proxy Server.
How do I enroll in duo two-factor authentication for URMC systems?
To access URMC systems from outside our network, you are required to enroll in Duo two-factor authentication, a service which validates your identity before granting access to our network. To enroll, confirm you are connected to the URMC network, then visit the Enroll in Duo page.
