UTMC Clinical Systems Access To access applications remotely (Cerner Powerchart, Pacsweb, CPOE, etc.), click on this link and log in using your network username and password. If this is the first time you have used this link, you will be prompted to download a Citrix plug-in from the Citrix Access Gateway.

How do I get access to URMC VPN?

Access to URMC VPN, systems and applications requires a URMC account and Duo two-factor authentication. To enroll in Duo, you must be connected to the URMC network and follow the instructions for the method you will use to verify yourself. A VPN client application, Cisco AnyConnect, is installed on most URMC computers.

What is VPN in UT?

Connecting to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) A virtual private network (VPN) is a way to create a secure, encrypted connection between two networks over the Internet. A computer connected to UT’s VPN is considered to be on the UT network, even if that computer is located off-campus or on another ISP’s network.

How to check email when away from campus?

You can check your email when you are away from campus. Check it with a web browser, with the Outlook client, or on your phone or mobile device. If you will be away from your email or checking it less frequently, don’t forget to update your Out of Office message. Sign into Outlook on the Web.

Overview of TMCC's GlobalProtect SSL VPN Portal

TMCC's GlobalProtect SSL Virtual Private Network (VPN) portal gives TMCC employees secure access to the TMCC network. The portal will also give campus users and consultants external access to TMCC servers. The VPN gateway is initially installed through a web browser and accessible from anywhere.

Instructions for Windows 10

To install, click the "GlobalProtect64.msi" install located on the bottom-left corner of the GlobalProtect Portal screen.

Instructions for Windows 7

To install, click the download link that applies to your current operating system.

Instructions for Mac OS X

Note: When using the VPN to allow access, select "OK" if you see a Legacy System Extension window. Please contact Information Technology before upgrading to macOS 10.16 (expected to release in the Fall of 2020) to make certain the VPN has been upgraded for compatibility.
