Why is Vuze not accessible?
This error message occurs because your current internet connection doesn't allow you to connect to it from outside of the network. This can happen for two reasons: Your network is firewalled. Your router doesn't support UPnP or NAT-PMP.
What port does Vuze use?
To fix this you will need to open the remote port, by default this is TCP port 9091. First ensure that the computer running Vuze has its firewall/antivirus software configured to allow Vuze to act as a 'server' (i.e. accept incoming connections) for the port.
