Access to the legacy SSLVPN service will only be accessible by FID accounts.

Is AnyConnect supported on Windows RT?

Cisco will not offer Windows XP and Vista as a supported operating system for present or future AnyConnect releases. AnyConnect is not supported on Windows RT.

Can WSU remove VPN users?

WSU reserves the right to remove users from the SSL VPN users group. Users who have been removed and later determine they need access may request through Coug Tech that they be given access again.

How to connect my off campus computer to my office computer?

Connect your off-campus PC to your Office PC. Start "Remote Desktop Connection" on your PC, then enter the IP name for your office PC. You may select several options on the way your PCs will share resources like sound and clipboard. Use "Show Options" to set the options. When you select "Connect" you will be prompted for your username and Password.

Background, the campus firewall blocks access to your office PCs remote desktop ports from off campus, requiring you to use the VPN server to get an “on campus” connection.

How To Access Third Party Account

In order to log-in to your student’s third party account, you will need to log into MyWSU and sign in with your third party account credentials. If you do not have third party account credentials, please click here to access step-by-step instructions on how to complete Third Party Access setup.

What is Third Party Access?

Students can choose to share their university information with their parents, guardians or other third party through “Third Party Access.” This allows individuals to sign in to myWSU and view a student’s official WSU records, including financial account balances, financial aid, class schedules, grades and much more.
