Enable remote access under "Settings/Remote Access" Enable "manually specify public port" with a value of 32400 under "Settings/Remote Access" Obviously this isn't the only config that can work (substitute static IPs for DHCP reservations, for example) but it may be worth a try to see if you can get a working config that doesn't rely on UPNP being enabled.
